Celebrating Loyalty, Purpose, and People: Bio-D’s First Long Service Awards as Part of B Corp Month

As a proud certified B Corporation, we’re committed to balancing purpose and profit every single day. That’s why this B Corp Month, we’re not just celebrating our commitment to sustainability, we’re also honouring the heart of our business: our people.
To mark B Corp Month 2025, we’re thrilled to introduce Bio-D’s first ever Long Service Awards, recognising the incredible dedication of our team members who have contributed to our mission over the years. Collectively, our award recipients represent over 100 years of service, and we couldn’t be prouder.
In recognition of this amazing milestone, we’ve presented our team with Love2Shop vouchers, so they can treat themselves however they wish, and a specially designed eco-friendly award, reflecting our values of sustainability, appreciation, and purpose. It’s a celebration not just of time served, but of meaningful, impactful work that has helped Bio-D grow into the ethical, sustainable brand we are today.

These milestones represent much more than years on the clock, they reflect countless contributions, innovations, and moments of teamwork that have propelled Bio-D forward on its mission to make sustainable, ethical cleaning accessible to all.
From our production team ensuring the highest quality in every batch of Bio-D products, to customer service champions and logistics experts, each long serving team member has been instrumental in bringing our values to life.
A Message from Our Managing Director, Lloyd Atkin
Lloyd Atkin, Managing Director of Bio-D, shared his thoughts on why it was important to mark this occasion during B Corp Month:
“At Bio-D, our people are the driving force behind our mission. Celebrating B Corp Month is about recognising the impact we have as a business and that starts with the incredible effort of our team. It’s good to reward staff for their long service, and this celebration is just a small way of showing how much we value their loyalty, commitment, and hard work. Over 100 years of collective service is an amazing achievement, and we’re proud to have such a dedicated team helping us make a difference.”
