
Delivery Charges
Free standard UK delivery is available on orders with a final order value of £55.00 or more, after any discounts or promotional codes have been applied.
Orders with a final order value of under £55.00 are charged £7.96 for standard UK delivery.
We do not apply remote-area surcharges.
Please Note: we currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders received before 1pm Monday-Friday (Excluding UK Bank & Public Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been agreed. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days after the day on which the contract is entered into.
Who do you send my order with?
We dispatch all orders via our chosen delivery partners Parcelforce or DX Express. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email from us with a tracking number for your order.
Parcelforce will also send delivery notifications to the email address and phone number provided when your order is placed. This will include a one-hour delivery window and the driver’s name. You can also use the available interactive in-flight delivery options below:
Do you offer a pick up point service for orders?
We are very happy to offer a pick up point for our customers wishing to collect their orders. We have a speedy team and orders are typically ready to collect within just 2 working hours of placing via our website. We will send an email when the order is ready to pick up – here’s a quick FAQ on how that works:

If you buy from us online, by phone or by mail order, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
In addition to your statutory rights, if you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, you may return it, if possible in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money to your original payment method or send you a replacement.
Under our 30-day goodwill returns policy, unwanted items should be returned unopened and with any seals intact, where possible. This goodwill policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights. If you are exercising your legal right to cancel, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose. We are only able to replace identical products, so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order.
If you are returning goods because you have changed your mind and are exercising your legal right to cancel, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we state otherwise.
How to Return an Item/Order
To exercise your legal right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement. You can do this by telephone on 01482 770611 or by email at [email protected].
When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?
We will make any refund due to you using the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods back, or (if earlier) the day you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back.
When you send your item back to us, we’ll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. If cancellation rights apply, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the cost of our standard delivery service.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will arrange for a collection with our courier for you.
This policy does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
