Where do I put Laundry Liquid—in the drawer or in the drum?

You should add Bio-D Laundry Liquid to the detergent drawer of your washing machine, specifically in the compartment designated for liquid detergents. If your washing machine doesn’t have a designated compartment, you can pour the liquid directly into the drum with your laundry. For best results, always follow the manufacturer’s instructions on your washing machine and the recommended dosage for your laundry load. If you find liquids tricky to measure, our Concentrated Washing Powder might be easier to handle.

Can I return my empty 5L container after use?

No, we don’t accept returns for empty 5L containers as part of our Closed Loop service. However, you can recycle them through your local council’s recycling programme. We encourage you to dispose of the container responsibly to support sustainability and reduce waste.
