We’re proud to announce that we’ve been awarded the title of one of the UK’s ‘Best Small Workplaces for Women’ in this year’s Best Workplaces list, published by Great Place to Work UK®.
Leading the way in creating equal opportunities for women in the workplace, we secured ninth place on this year’s small businesses list, with the recognition following an employee survey and culture audit of the organisation’s programmes and practices.

This recognition means more as it is based on direct employee feedback, including the extent to which employees trust team leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team.
With a current workforce of 41, 49% of our staff are female, with 66% of the higher management team identifying as female.
Now in its fourth year, the Best UK Workplaces for women recognition awards bases its results on analysing data from organisations that showcase good recognition, display a strong track record of continuously developing a diversified, equitable workplace culture for all.
