Prize Draw Terms & Conditions | 8–20 November 2026
The promoter is The Bio-D Company Limited (company number 02393156), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Unit 10, Marfleet Environmental Technologies Park, Westgate Way, Hull, HU9 5LW (the “Promoter”). The Promoter is responsible for administering the survey and prize draw and awarding the prize.
The prize draw opens at 00:01 GMT on Sunday 8 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on Friday 20 November 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally involved in administering the prize draw are excluded.
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete and submit the official Bio-D Customer Survey during the entry period, using the survey link provided through Bio-D’s website, email communications or official social media channels.
Participants must provide a valid email address for winner notification. No purchase or payment is required. Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of how the survey is accessed.
The content of survey responses will not affect the chance of winning. Duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Likes, comments, follows or shares on social media do not constitute entries into the prize draw.
One winner will receive a £100 Bio-D online shopping voucher for use on the Bio-D website. The voucher may be spent on full-price or discounted products, including products already on promotion, and includes free standard delivery to an eligible UK delivery address on the redemption order. It must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited. If the total exceeds £100, the winner pays the difference. The voucher has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or resold. Voucher use is subject to normal product availability and published delivery restrictions.
The voucher must be redeemed by 23:59 GMT on Thursday 31 December 2026. This fixed expiry date applies regardless of when the winner claims the prize and will be confirmed in the winner notification.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday 23 November 2026 using a documented random selection process. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of winning.
The winner will be contacted by email on 23 November 2026, or as soon as practicable thereafter, and must respond within 14 calendar days of the initial notification to claim the prize. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner, including a reminder where practicable. If the winner does not respond within 14 calendar days of the initial notification, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. The voucher will be issued electronically promptly after eligibility is confirmed, normally within 30 days of the draw closing.
To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, the winner’s surname and county will be made available on reasonable request, subject to applicable rules. The winner may object to this disclosure or request a reduction in the information disclosed by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter may nevertheless be required to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority.
Personal data submitted in connection with the survey and prize draw will be used to administer the promotion and analyse survey feedback in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and Bio-D’s published privacy policy. Entering the draw does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications; any marketing consent will be requested separately where required.
The Promoter may check entries for eligibility and may amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, and in a manner that avoids unfair disadvantage to entrants. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Social Media Promotion
The prize draw may be promoted through Bio-D’s website, email communications and official social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook.
Entry is only valid through completion and submission of the official Bio-D Customer Survey. All eligible entries will be included in the same prize draw, regardless of the channel through which participants accessed the survey.
Where the promotion is advertised on Instagram or Facebook, it is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. The Bio-D Company Limited is solely responsible for administering the prize draw and awarding the prize.
By entering the prize draw, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
